HRCx was retained to provide LEED Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning services for the new 40-storey office tower located at 100 Adelaide Street West in downtown Toronto.  Working together with WZMH Architects, this project for Oxford Properties Group is comprised of 998,004 ft² of office space, retail units, and below-grade parking in a new structure, while maintaining the property’s historic façade. This exciting project is certified LEED Platinum certification. The finished building contains a connection to the Enwave District Energy system
