The Commissioning Process

The HRCx Commissioning Process is based on the best elements of commissioning identified in ASHRAE Standard 202 and Guideline 0, and CSA standards Z320. Building upon this framework, we adapt this model to suit project-specific requirements.

Our Program offers a tailored solution that mirrors the functional specifications, project schedule, and budget.  Whether you are commissioning a new or an existing building, we provide a comprehensive approach to successfully meet your objectives.

Each project is staffed with at least one team member that has over 10 years of experience in the commissioning process. These senior team members will drive the creation of the commissioning program, and directs the remainder of the assigned Project Team throughout its execution. The senior team member are often licensed professional engineers, and can use their knowledge and experience to highlight potential issues before they impact the project schedule.
