HRCx provided commissioning services for this 140,000 ft², 16-storey office building project with 2 levels of underground parking. The project involved the complete replacement and upgrade of existing mechanical systems to current standards and LEED Gold certification in a heritage building, as well as connection to Enwave deep lake water cooling and district steam.
