HRCx provided retro-commissioning services for the base building systems at 7070 Mississauga Road. This 240,000 ft² facility was built in 1987, and the project was implemented in advance of a new tenant occupying the facility.

The retro-commissioning program adheres to the LEED Existing Building: Operations and Maintenance (EB-O&M) rating system guideline. The scope included prerequisite (EAp1) Energy Efficiency Best Management Practices: Planning, Documentation, and Opportunity Assessment and credits (EAc2.1 to EAc2.3) for Existing Building Commissioning: Investigation and Analysis, Implementation and Ongoing Commissioning. The project is targeting LEED Silver EB: O&M certification.
