HRCx commissioned newly renovated Bata Shoe Factory, a 5-storey (78,000 ft² ) multi-use building to comprise of retail, commercial and institutional tenants on levels one and two, and residential tenants on levels three to five. Public spaces will include: entrance lobby and vestibule, level 2 open space, rooftop lounge, public corridors, and public washrooms. The project includes a geothermal HVAC system.
