The College Park School is a 2-storey pre-Kindergarten to Grade 9 facility within a new residential development in Lloydminster, Alberta. With a capacity of up to 600 students, the 79,960 ft² school is comprised of 5 learning pods connected by corridors, project spaces, a gymnasium, theatre and music room.

Having provided LEED Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning for this project, HRCx was tasked with the responsibility of ensuring that the building’s systems met several environmental standards, including the Energy and Atmosphere Prerequisite 1 (EA Pr1) and a LEED silver certification target.
