HRCx is providing fundamental commissioning services for this 57-storey mixed-use facility, located at an existing heritage site in downtown Toronto. The facility is comprised of commercial, residential and retail components and is targeting a LEED gold certification as well as the Toronto Green Standard (TGS) voluntary Tier 2 certification.

The project is projected to be completed by 2021
