École St. Thomas is a 2-storey, 62,000 ft² building valued at $23-million and located in Lloydminster, AB. Completed in 2013, the facility houses a French immersion school accommodating students from Kindergarten to Grade 7. The school includes classrooms, preschool rooms, a gymnasium, music room, food lab, space for future development, 8 portable classrooms and an adjoining daycare. HRCx provided LEED Fundamental Commissioning services for this project, ensuring that it met the qualifications to boast a LEED silver certification status.
