HRCx provided commissioning services for this
$24 million tenancy project at the Oxford Properties Group head office in Toronto.  The project included tenant fit-up to offices on the 5th to 9th floors and partial areas of the 10th floor within the North Tower of RBC Plaza.  The project, which is LEED Certified, was delivered on a fast-tracked schedule providing only 1.5 months for design.  The total size of the project was roughly 96,000 ft².
