HRCx provided LEED Commissioning services for the University of Toronto’s Deerfield Hall, a $45 million project designed by Perkins + Will Architects that is Phase 1 of the replacement of the former University of Toronto Mississauga Campus North Building. This 112,000 ft² facility houses the University’s mathematical and computational science departments, as well as psychology and rehearsal space for the theatre and drama program. The facility has been designed to achieve LEED Silver certification. In addition to LEED Commissioning services, HRCx developed a Recommissioning Manual for the facility’s Central Utility Plant.
