HRCx provided commissioning services for the Medical Science Building (MSB) Renovations. The overall scope of the MSB labs renovation and commissioning was divided into three phases: MSB Labs Renovation stage 1, MSB lab and Support Room Renovations, and MSB Anatomy Teaching Labs and Morgue Area Renovation, located at 1 King’s College Circle in downtown Toronto, Ontario. The total area of the renovations is 60, 148 ft².
